Warranty and shipping
Questions people ask before buying
Do I need a permit?
At 80 to 120 square feet with a changing room, many cities treat it as an accessory building that needs a permit. Our permit guide lists thresholds by city.
How is it delivered?
It arrives fully built, not as a kit. Blazin quotes shipping for your location, including crane placement if your site needs it, and confirms lead time with the quote.
What is the warranty?
Blazin lists a 3 year limited warranty on every outdoor sauna and asks that electric packages be hooked up by a licensed electrician to keep coverage intact.
Can I order it through Brevley & Sons?
Not directly yet. Use the maker link for current pricing and lead time, or ask us about sizing, power and placement.
Who do I order from, and who handles warranty?
You order directly from Blazin Saunas, and warranty claims go to Blazin Saunas. We help you plan before you order and are here if questions come up after.
