Last updated October 2026. Products ship from the manufacturer, and some terms vary by brand. Brand specific terms are shown on each product page and in your order confirmation, and those terms apply where they differ from this page.

How orders ship

Every order ships directly from the manufacturer or its warehouse. Large items such as saunas and cold plunges usually travel by freight carrier; smaller items may ship by parcel.

Timelines

Lead times vary by brand and by product. Some items ship from stock and others are built to order. We share the expected timeline before you purchase and send tracking once available.

Freight delivery

Freight is commonly curbside delivery. The carrier will usually call to schedule. Please make sure the delivery path is clear and that you have help moving heavy items. Inside or white glove delivery may be available for some products at extra cost.

Inspect on arrival

Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, then contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the manufacturer.
