Power
110V 15 amp plug and play (maker)
Base
A level, solid base: a concrete pad, pavers, or a framed deck checked for the load.
Permits
Electrical work usually needs a permit, and some cities regulate backyard structures. Check with yours first.
Install notes
DreamMaker lists this spa as 120V 15 amp plug and play, so it runs from a standard outlet. Use a dedicated GFCI-protected outdoor outlet, never an extension cord, and keep the outlet the distance from the water your local electrical code requires.
Filled with water and people a hot tub weighs several thousand pounds, so set it on a level concrete pad, pavers or a deck checked for the load. Leave room to lift the cover and reach the equipment panel.
Not included. Plan for these.

About this hot tub

The Core 1800 is DreamMaker's entry plug-and-play spa, sold in three shapes: the 1800R round tub, the 1800C corner tub for tight spaces and the 1800L rectangle with a lounger. Each sells for $5,499 at the maker.

All three run 18 stainless steel jets on one pump and plug into a 110 volt, 15 amp outlet, so there is no hardwiring or 240 volt circuit to add. The shell is DreamMaker's Syncrylic and comes in Mystic Diamond only.

Questions people ask before buying

Which Core shape should I pick?

The 1800C corner tub is built to fit tight spots, the 1800R is a classic round tub for an intimate soak, and the 1800L adds a lounger to the upright seats and is the one DreamMaker lists for up to five people.

What is Syncrylic?

Syncrylic is DreamMaker's own shell material. The maker says it looks like acrylic but keeps the impact resistance of polyethylene, and is lighter and more durable than standard acrylic.

Where are DreamMaker spas made?

DreamMaker says its spas are designed and assembled in the USA in its own factory in Lake Mary, Florida. We quote that wording and show no Made in USA badge.

Can I order it through Brevley & Sons?
