About this fire pit

The .250 inch Custom Steel Fire Pit is SRT Metalworks' heavy duty pit, cut from quarter inch steel and built by hand. It sells for $415 at the maker in the standard 20 by 24 inch size.

The thick steel is meant for high heat and long burns and develops a natural patina over time. SRT will change the size, thickness or cut pattern on request and works out the design with you before fabrication.

Will it rust?

It is bare steel, so it develops a patina. SRT describes that as natural character that thick steel takes on with use.

Can I pick it up?

SRT Metalworks lists local pickup in North Texas after purchase. Shipping, where offered, is calculated at checkout.

Where are SRT fire pits made?

SRT Metalworks says its fire pits are hand built in its North Texas shop. We quote the maker's wording and show no Made in USA badge.
