About this fire pit
The Engelbrecht Parrilla is the brasero free version of its Argentine style grill. It sells from $893 at the maker with a stainless grate, or $1,093 with the Argentine V grate.
You build the log fire right under the grate and lower it as the wood burns to coals, or use lump charcoal. It assembles in about 30 minutes with two wrenches.

Questions people ask before buying
Do I need the brasero?
No. The brasero burns logs down to coals off to the side; without it you burn down the fire under the grate.
Can it burn whole logs?
Yes. Engelbrecht sizes its Braten and Parrilla grills for whole log fires, and the grate lowers close to the coals for charcoal grilling too.
Where are Engelbrecht grills made?
