About this sauna
The Cubist is Vim's take on the classic Nordic cube: a square outdoor sauna with 4 inch cross-laminated timber walls lined with aromatic western red cedar. It starts at $26,950 for the Cubist Four and runs to $37,450 for the Eight in Corten steel.
The maker says the dense walls hold heat for hours, and the cube shape lets heat rise and wrap around bathers evenly. Like the Oblique, it comes in two sizes and four claddings with a 9 kW heater and Wi-Fi control.
- Cube form, 4 in CLT walls
- Four or Eight size
- Spruce, ash or Corten cladding
- 9 kW heater with Wi-Fi control
Questions people ask before buying
Cubist or Oblique?
Same price, walls, sizes and heaters. The Cubist is a flat-roof cube; the Oblique has a steep angled roof inspired by midcentury coastal cabins.
How does buying from Vim work?
You reserve with a 10% deposit, which the maker says is fully refundable before production. Vim then sends a final quote with the delivery window and shipping at cost, and the 90% balance starts production.
Where is it made?
Vim's product pages do not say where the saunas are built, so we do not list an origin. The cedar lining is described as western red cedar from Canada.
Can I order it through Brevley & Sons?
Not directly yet. Use the maker link for current pricing and lead time, or ask us about sizing, power and placement.
Who do I order from, and who handles warranty?
You order directly from Vim, and warranty claims go to Vim. We help you plan before you order and are here if questions come up after.
