Questions people ask before buying
Which size fits my group?
The 6 by 6 foot base model suits a couple or small family; the 7 foot diameter barrels add headroom and longer benches for more people.
Is shipping included?
Satori says shipping is included to the contiguous United States on all of its spas, with local pickup in St. Louis, Missouri. Ask the maker for a quote before buying if you are outside the lower 48.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Satori says every model can be changed in size, type of cedar and design details, and its hot tubs can be built with gas, electric or wood-fired heat, jets, and outside benches or surrounds.
Can I order it through Brevley & Sons?
Not directly yet. Use the maker link for current pricing and lead time, or ask us about sizing, power and placement.
Who do I order from, and who handles warranty?
You order directly from Satori Cedar Spas, and warranty claims go to Satori Cedar Spas. We help you plan before you order and are here if questions come up after.
