Most residential plunges and chillers run on a standard 110 to 120V outlet. Use a GFCI protected receptacle, avoid extension cords, and give the chiller the ventilation clearance the maker lists so it can shed heat.

A filled plunge is heavy, often 800 to 1,500 pounds. Indoors, put it on a slab or a floor an engineer has checked; outdoors, use a level pad and plan drainage for water changes.

The Stainless Solo is a one-person, laydown cold plunge tub in 304 stainless steel from NW Immersion of Vancouver, Washington. It sells for $2,999 at the maker with an insulated cover; the chiller is separate.
