About this hot tub
Ohku's tub is a freestanding concrete soaking tub heated by an external stainless steel wood stove, with no pumps, jets or electricity. It sells for $8,495 at the maker, including the heater and a cedar platform.
Water circulates by thermosiphon between the stove and the tub, and the maker says it heats in under an hour on an armful of wood. It holds two comfortably, up to four, and uses about 60 gallons.

Does it need power?
No. The maker's heater is wood-fired and water moves by natural convection, so there is no pump or electrical hookup.
What is included?
