Power
120V / 15A plug and play; convertible to 240V / 40A
Space
70.5 x 61 x 29.5 in, rectangle. Keep the clearances in the maker's manual.
Base
A level, solid base that can carry the weight (318 lb / 2,046 lb): a concrete pad, pavers, or a framed deck checked for the load.
Permits
Electrical work usually needs a permit, and some cities regulate backyard structures. Check with yours first.
Install notes
The maker lists a dedicated 120V / 15A outlet with a 12 ft GFCI cord. Do not use an extension cord. Optional 240V conversion is offered by the maker and needs a licensed electrician; on 120V the heater and jets generally cannot run at full power together, so expect slower heat recovery in cold weather.
Set it on a flat, solid, level surface such as a concrete pad or pavers rated for the filled weight. On a deck, have the structure checked for the filled weight listed in the specs before delivery.
MyHotTub ships with free curbside delivery in the contiguous US, so plan who will move the tub from the curb to its pad.
Not included. Plan for these.

  • Foundation or base
  • Assembly labor, unless the maker offers it

Questions people ask before buying

Can it run on a normal outlet?

Yes. The maker lists the Terra 20 Jet 4-Person Plug and Play Hot Tub as 120V / 15A plug and play on a dedicated outlet, with an optional 240V conversion by a licensed electrician for faster heating.

Is it really made in the USA?

MyHotTub says it manufactures its tubs in Pennsylvania using U.S. and imported parts. That is a qualified claim, so we do not show a Made in USA badge for it.

Can I order it through Brevley & Sons?

Not directly yet. Use the maker link for live pricing and delivery, or ask us about power, placement and pad prep.

Who do I order from, and who handles warranty?

You order directly from MyHotTub, and warranty claims go to MyHotTub. We help you plan before you order and are here if questions come up after.
