Questions people ask before buying
Can it run on a normal outlet?
Yes. The maker lists the Luna 16 Jet 5-Person Plug and Play Hot Tub as 120V / 15A plug and play on a dedicated outlet, with an optional 240V conversion by a licensed electrician for faster heating.
Is it really made in the USA?
MyHotTub says it manufactures its tubs in Pennsylvania using U.S. and imported parts. That is a qualified claim, so we do not show a Made in USA badge for it.
Can I order it through Brevley & Sons?
Not directly yet. Use the maker link for live pricing and delivery, or ask us about power, placement and pad prep.
Who do I order from, and who handles warranty?
You order directly from MyHotTub, and warranty claims go to MyHotTub. We help you plan before you order and are here if questions come up after.
