The A4-27 is Newtowne's lowest priced chamber, sized for an average adult. It runs at 4 psi, about 1.3 ATA, and measures 27 by 84 inches at full pressure on a steel frame.
Newtowne lists it on sale at $4,095 through November 30, 2026, against a $4,495 brochure price, with shipping included. Top or side zipper entry, and an airtight custom zipper with no belts or buckles.

Where are Newtowne chambers made?
Newtowne Hyperbarics says its chambers are 100% American built at its factory in Pocomoke City, Maryland. We have not yet received written per-model origin proof from Newtowne, so we show no Made in USA badge for now.
Do I need a prescription?
Newtowne lists its chambers as FDA cleared Class II devices and says a prescription is required to buy one. Mild 1.3 ATA chambers are FDA cleared for the treatment of acute mountain sickness; we make no other health claims, so talk with your doctor first.
